Q. How do we make our Initiative private?
A: When you configure your Initiative or edit it using the Edit Email List link in the left column of any Initiative page, you will see a section saying this:
Who Can be Part of Email Initiative? Who can send emails to this Initiative list or read archived emails visible on the "Email Initiative List" page of this website.
There are two choices. If you click the button that says All Community Members, then anyone can read them. If you click the button that says Only Initiative Members, you will have created a "closed list," or one that only members can view the contents of the Initiative, including email messages, the shared library, email archives and the Wiki.
